Refund

You can cancel your order and apply for a full refund before your order is dispatched. Send an email at care@santulya.com along with your order details for cancellation. We shall keep you updated on refund.

Returns/Replacement

We do not accept returns of our product once an order has been dispatched from our facility. We are committed to ensure you have a hassle free shopping experience. If an order is damaged or gets defaced while shipping we request you to not take delivery of the product. Get in touch on email at care@santulya.com or send your order details to +918269774425 via whatsapp/signal or telegram. We shall recall the product to our facility and send a replacement of the order. If you have taken delivery of the item and it is found defective or defaced send us the images and we shall send a replacement.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@santulya.com
